Please join us as we cruise along the beautiful, historic Canal Roanne-Digoin and Canal du Centre, in southern Burgundy.   Theses canals offer lovely bucolic vistas, hilltop medieval villages with dramatic views over the French countryside, an aqueduct and the occasional chateaux.  Hot air balloon tours, an alternate form of slow travel, can be reserved locally in Roanne.
